Adam is one of the world’s most experienced professional drivers of fundamental transformation through companies employing large workforces (1,000 to 200,000 staff). He has been transforming large complex organisations since the early 1990’s. Initially focused on Asia-Pacific he has expanded globally and was awarded the prestigious ATTA Asia Transformation/Turnaround of the Year for 6 consecutive years.

Michelle has extensive experience in media, entertainment, funds management, technology and professional services spanning more than 30 years, in both executive and non-executive roles. Michelle was Managing Director of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, she held senior management roles at leading media and technology companies in Asia, the UK and Australia, including Google, Star TV, BSkyB and Foxtel. Michelle spent several years as an equity adviser and investor for Providence Equity covering Asia Pacific, before moving to Singapore for a senior role as Managing Director, Partner Business Solutions, APAC, at Google. Michelle is currently a non-executive director of StarHub Limited, Catapult Group International Limited and BNK Banking Corporation Ltd and Chair of Mighty Kingdom Limited.

He has led successful transformations in China, Australia and the US, including large scale post-merger integration, business turnaround and implementation of new business models. Ian brings together stakeholders from very different cultures and backgrounds to deliver excellent results at speed. He has a strong background in strategy development, operations management and deploying technology to realise opportunities. Over the past 30 years, Anouk has been a senior leader and advisor to organizations in the Tech-nology, Payments and Banking sectors, including organizations such as Citibank, ANZ, Visa and SoftServe. She began her leadership career in Sales, Operations & Project Management, before moving to regional and global HR leadership positions in emerging and mature markets across EMEA, Asia, Northern America and Oceania. In these roles, Anouk managed geographically dispersed teams of up to 600 people, supporting up to 20K employees, and developed the strategy and implementation of a number of large-scale Human Capital interventions which focused on value creation and transformation. Anouk is now a Non-Executive Director, Strategic Advisor and Mentor that is passionate about rad-ical change management in a digital first world, progressing women in business and giving back to the global HR and Business community.
